For all appointments and events, please dress comfortably and in layers.  As possible, limit or avoid caffeine, alcohol, heavy meals, or different foods during at least the prior twenty-four hours, as these items may influence your comfort or focus.  Remaining hydrated with fresh water on a regular basis is key to all aspects of our health.

I’m guided to offer these services as a significant part of my life purpose while supporting my living expenses.  If you are not in a current position to prudently afford the session rates below please let me know and we can work out an alternate arrangement, as I do want to be of service to all who have a committed intention to learn and transform their life.
